Q: Where should I park?

A: For those staying at the Hyatt Place, valet parking is available at $15 per night. The Hilton Garden Inn also has parking available at $15.00 per night.

Though there is no official hotel self-parking, guests may elect to self-park at adjacent pay locations.

Q: Where exactly is the Show located?

A: Colorado Springs City Auditorium, 221 E. Kiowa Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Right next door to the Hyatt Place Hotel.

Q: When can table holders set-up?

A: Set-up from 8:00-10:00am Friday morning.

Q: Where can I unload my items?

A: Loading dock - alley entrance between Hyatt Place Hotel and City Auditorium.

 Important: Do not leave your car in the unloading area while you set up your table(s).

Q: What transportation is available?

A: Flights to Colorado through Denver International Airport - most major airlines.

Flights direct to Colorado Springs Airport (12 miles from downtown) - Airlines include Southwest, American, Delta, Frontier, and United Airlines.

Q: What about security at the show location?

A: Provided 24 hours. Glass lockable cases are available to rent at $20 for all 3 days. Cases can be ordered on the Registration Form.

Q: What are the details for the auction?

A: The reception/silent auction will be held in conjunction with the banquet/dinner. Anyone wishing to donate any Olympic related memorabilia item(s), please click here to send us an email. You will then be contacted. Please include your contact information and a description of item(s) to be donated. It is suggested that the value of an item being donated is at least $50.

Q: Is it a requirement to stay at the Hyatt Place?
