A: Loading dock - alley entrance between Hyatt Place Hotel and City Auditorium. Important: Do not leave your car in the unloading area while you set up your table(s). Q: What transportation is available? A: Provided 24 hours. Glass lockable cases are available to rent at $20 for all 3 days. Cases can be ordered on the Registration Form. Q: What are the details for the auction? A: The reception/silent auction will be held in conjunction with the banquet/dinner. Anyone wishing to donate any Olympic related memorabilia item(s), please click here to send us an email.
