The show will be held at the Colorado Springs City Auditorium, 221 E. Kiowa Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.
For table(s) registration, please read and understand the information on this page and then click the link at the bottom of this page. You must be an Olympin member to register for a table.
Travel arrangements and accommodations are the responsibility of each individual. We presently have an agreement with the Hyatt Regency Hotel for special rates. Please click "Accommodations" under the "Registration" tab for the hotel discount details. Local transportation information can be found under the "Additional Information/Pictures" tab. Arrangements should be made as early as possible.
Tables are on first come, first serve basis. There are 64 tables available.
To register for a table, you must be a current member of the Olympin Collectors' Club. If you are not a member, click here for information on how to join.
Registration for each table includes one 8-foot table and two chairs.
Cost per table is $125 payable in advance. Please indicate number of tables on form.
There are no free tables available.
There is no charge for the Auction Night & Reception, however, Club members & spouse or significant other only due to limited capacity. Registration is required on the registration form. If more than one, please list name of additional attendee.
Please read the Terms and Conditions for the show. You must agree to these terms and conditions on the registration form in order to reserve tables.
Acceptable payment types are PayPal, checks from a US bank account or money orders payable in US funds. If you select PayPal as your payment type, click the Go to PayPal link at the bottom of the Registration Instructions page and send your payment to olympin@excite.com. If for some reason you cancel the payment, your registration will not be valid. Checks and Money Orders made out to Olympin Collectors Club should be mailed to Olympin Collectors Club, C/O Jonathan Becker, 800 Village Walk #258, Guilford, CT. 06437.
Once you have filled out the Registration form and clicked on the "Submit" button you will be taken to the Confirmation page providing all the information is correct. If you do not reach the Confirmation page, check the form for error messages.
After verifying all the information and making any necessary changes, please print the page. You will need this if you are mailing your payment. After printing the page, click on the "Confirm" button. You must click the 'Confirmed' button to proceed with the submission, otherwise your registration will NOT be sent. You will then be taken to the "Thank You" page.
