Olympin 2025 Memorabilia Festival

The Show

Dates: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, September 25-28, 2025.

Times: The show will be open to the public at the times listed below:

Friday - September 26 - 10:00 am until 5:00 pm

Saturday - September 27 - 10:00 am until 5:00 pm

Sunday - September 28 - 10:00 am until 3:00 pm

Welcome Reception: At the Embassy Suites Atrium from 6:00 to 7:30 on Thursday night, September 25, 2025,  No charge to attend. Registration required. Sponsored by Olympin Collectors' Club. Each room gets two drink tickets. Those not staying at the hotel get one drink ticket. Cash bar for additional drinks.

Membership Meeting The Olympin General Meeting will be held in the Executive Boardroom - Sunday, September 28, 9:00-10:00.

Show Admission: Free admission to the public.

Venue: Four ballrooms will merge together for the show: Panther, Dolphin, Pelican, and Manatee.

Tables: Tables are 6'. Tables will be covered. At least one chair per table. Cost $100 each.

Pins: Each table holder will receive a show pin and pins will also be given to Olympin members who attend.

Setup: Table holders will be able to set up on Friday - 9:00-10:00am.

Security: The show room will be locked overnight.

WiFi: WiFi will be available in the Show venue.
